Learn@UW is always evolving to meet your teaching and learning needs. Check out these exciting new features in Learn@UW:

ePortfolio: An ePortfolio is a digital collection of objects created by students to demonstrate their learning. The Learn@UW ePortfolio can be used to track student progress across multiple courses, improve academic and career advising, and to manage student deliverables. Google Apps: UW-Madison’s Google Apps suite can now be accessed through the navigation bar of Learn@UW. Google Apps includes web-based tools that allow users to collaborate on and share documents, presentations, spreadsheets and websites. Click here to learn more about Google Apps.

Instant Messaging (IM): The instant messaging (IM) tool is a real-time, text-based messaging tool. Messages can be sent between individual students enrolled in the course, or between students and instructors. The IM tool can be quickly accessed in the course navigation bar within Learn@UW.

Learn@UW for Mobile Web:
Learn@UW is now mobile enabled for easy browsing of course content, grades, and calendar on iPhone, BlackBerry and Android-based smartphones. Instructors and students can also use mobile Learn@UW to read, compose and reply to discussion board messages.

Other new features include a course design checklist, the ability to create and attach audio recordings within Learn@UW, improved release conditions and additional grading features.
